Wir hatten eine Führung für eine Kindergruppe gebucht. Es war sehr schlüssig und spannend für die Kinder durch Frau Schubert, der Museumspädagogin, aufbereitet. Sie ließ keine Frage unbeantwortet. Nach dem Aufstieg auf den Turm konnten alle den tollen Ausblick genießen und anschließend gings ins Verlies.
Im Anschluss an die Führung waren die Kinder kreativ und konnten Mosaik gestalten und Ledergeldbeutel basteln.

Schönes Ausflugsziel ausgesprochen nette Mitarbeiter. Ins Museum durfte uns unser kleiner Hund, auf dem Arm getragen, sogar begleiten. Vor den Mauern der Burg gibt es ein schönes Kaffee und tolles Eis.

Wir waren zum Mittelalter Spektakel. Eine sehr schöne Burg Anlage mit einem Museem.
Das Fest war durch "Sündenfrei" organisiert.
Abwechslung der Schausteller und viele schöne Momente haben uns einen tollen Tag beschert.

Es ist eine kleinere Burg, aber sehr schön. Die Fotos sind aus der Spitze des Turms entstanden.
Parken kann man am Fuß der Burg. hinter dem Café ist direkt ein gebührenpflichtig Parkplatz, 30 Minuten je 50 Cent, der Preis ist vollkommen in Ordnung.
Für Gehbehinderte gibt es direkt ein Parkplatz vor dem Eingang der Burg.
Der Weg vom Parkplatz zur Burg ist nicht sehr weit, aber etwas steiler, trotzdem gut zu Fuß zu gehen.

Leider war der fordere (früher für uns der interessanteste) Bereich sowie die Höhle gesperrt.
Der Parkplatz ist leider auch sehr teuer.

Ansonsten sind die Ausstellungen sehr schön gestaltet gewesen.

Man kann...muss aber nicht. Burg ist super. Aussicht wunderbar. Der Besuch lohnt sich. Allerdings hat uns das Museum nicht überzeugt.

Eine große, sehenswerte Burganlage mit einem kleinen Museum zu Burggeschichte und der erdgeschichtlichen Entwicklung in diesem Bereich der Welt. Sehr anschaulich wird die Steinzeit und die Zeit des Zechsteinmeeres dargestellt, auch im Zusammenhang mit der unter der Burg gelegenen Ilsenhöhle. Unbedingt lohnenswert ist ein Aufstieg auf den Bergfried, der einen schönen Blick über das Umland und die Burg bietet.

Toller Ort, leider war um 17 Uhr das Museum schon zu, aber man konnte die Burg von außen ansehen.
